Privacy notice

Last updated October 28, 2026. This notice covers this website and the pilot sign-up form. The ContractorRef platform will publish its own terms and privacy policy before it opens to the public.

What we collect

When you fill out the pilot form, we receive what you type: company name, your name, work email, phone number if you add one, company type, trade, where you work, and your answer to "What would you check first?"

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about the Colorado pilot and to understand which companies are interested. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with other companies, except the service providers listed below that run this site and our email.

Where it's stored

• Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our team's email.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• The demo uses fictional data. Nothing you enter there is saved or sent anywhere. Your browser remembers which sample company you picked, and nothing else.

Deleting your information

Reply to any email we've sent you, or send the pilot form again with “Delete my information” in the last field. We'll delete your submission and confirm when it's done.
